At Sklep Muminków, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
